FAQ

what is your return policy?

Every order is handled with care and as much clarity as possible, and my goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase.

ORIGINAL WORK All original work is final sale.

DAMAGED PACKAGE As mentioned above, each painting/print is packaged VERY carefully to withstand expected wear and tear from the shipping service. If your package still arrives damaged, please send me an email with photos of the damage and the packaging at Mary@MaryRedmannArt.com. You may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service. If no resolution can be reached with the shipping service, I will offer a full refund on a case-by-case basis.

STOLEN/MISSING PACKAGE If your package is missing although the tracking shows it as having been delivered, please check that the delivery address you provided in your order confirmation email is correct. If it is, please contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about its status. Unfortunately, failed or stolen deliveries fall outside of my control.

RETURNING DAMAGED ARTWORK Please return your damaged artwork in its original packaging, ensuring that the painting is securely wrapped.

What is your shipping policy?

Originals

All original artwork is packaged securely with glassine (or similar) protective paper and bubble wrap in a sturdy cardboard package.

Prints

All prints are carefully packaged in plastic wrap or paper, and ship in either a flat mailer with sturdy backing, or securely rolled in a tube mailer.

DOMESTIC

Paintings are usually mailed within 2-3 days from order date.
Most artwork will be shipped via USPS or UPS, and normally arrive within 2-4 days from time of shipping. Tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment. For large work (over 36x48”), a freight service will be used.

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders, please allow several weeks for your order to clear customs and reach its final destination. A tracking number will be provided for all orders. Buyer is responsible for customs and any related fees.

do you offer commissions?

I open a few spots every month for commissions. For more info, click here.

do you offer framing?

Unless otherwise noted in a product listing, paintings come unframed. I am happy to help with sourcing a frame, and can ship a painting to you framed and ready to hang. Just send me an email at Mary@MaryRedmannart.com with the painting you’re interested in!

can i pick up my artwork in person?

Absolutely! You are welcome to pick up your artwork in person, or I am happy to meet you somewhere in the local area (Santa Rosa Beach / Destin). Shipping fees will be waived for local pickup when using code LOCALPICKUP during checkout. Just shoot me an email at Mary@MaryRedmannArt.com to schedule a good time to meet!

WHo owns the rights to a painting?

Mary Redmann Art retains full rights to all artwork created by me, including rights to the image of sold artwork. That means the right to offer reproductions of sold and commissioned work, unless the collector has purchased full or partial rights to the artwork.

The collector may not reproduce purchased artwork without permission.

If the artwork is featured in a blog, magazine, or other media (how exciting for both of us!), I simply ask that you credit me.

do you work with DESIGNERS?

Yes! I love working with designers (because who doesn’t love a beautiful space!), and am happy to offer special designer pricing. Please note that I do not allow my work to be marked up without my consent. For more info, and to get in touch, just click here.
